Summary:

The young turkish woman Pelin has three children from three different men and lives on social help as a single mother in Berlin-Wedding. Working at night in a tattoo studio and care for her kids in daytime is a huge effort. When one of the little kids almost died by  swallowing a coloured pill, which he found in the jacket of Pelins drug dealing friend, the youth welfare department intervenes. Pelins last chance is the participation in a cure for mother and child, but that let her already chaotic life completely gets mixed up.

“Abgebrannt” tells about loneliness, longing for love, hope and friendship.
